RAWALPINDI: Koral Police Islamabad has registered First Information Report (FIR) against `Bhoja Air Line' after the tragic crash
of air plane in `Hussainabad, causing casualties of 127 persons on board including passengers and crew, a police spokesman said.
Giving further details, he complaint of Station House Officer of Koral police station.
He said that it has been stated in the FIR that the plane was too old and its air-worthiness was compromised which caused loss of human lives.
The name he said that case No.132 has been registered under Sections 302, 286, 287, 427, 280, 120-B over the view of other persons, if found negligent, would be included in FIR later.
On the other hand the government has already launched an investigation after the passenger jet crashed and burst into flames while attempting to land during a thunderstorm, killing all 127 people on board on Friday.
The Bhoja Air flight from Karachi came down in fields near a village on the outskirts of capital Islamabad on Friday evening -- the city's second major fatal air crash in less than two years.
An investigation team has been formed to probe the crash, Minister Gilani has called for the formation of a judicial commission.e P
