  The province of Sind has a significant place in history being the gateway of Islam; Bab al-Islam. The great religion entered into South Asia from the Arabian Sea when Bin Qasim defeated Dahir; the Raja of Dibal in 712 AD. Sind embraced Islam in a way that it touched the boundaries of Multan in days to come, but suddenly, Qasim was called back to home for never coming again to this part of the world. Many of his companions liked the fertile land of Sind up to the extent of making it as their abode for good. Among those who stayed here, were many religious and pious individuals; known as saints or Sufis, they preached the doctrine of Islam to the locals. The saints and Sufis did not leave this place unless they embraced death which marked the introduction of Islamic burial system in South Asia where owing to Hindu, Jain or Buddhist influences, burning of corpses was in vogue, since ever. Thatta or Thatto is a historic town with a population of 22000, considered a momentous place in world heritage. Once it was the capital of lower Sind, from 14th to 16th century. It was under the control of the Mughals until the Persian invader Nadir Shah smashed this area which fell in negligence afterwards.

Thatta is known basically for its historical remains; the Shahjehan Mosque (1647-49), tombs of Jam Nizam al-Din (1461-1509) and a vast ancient necropolis with thousand of graves nearby the Hills of Makli. Makli is believed to be the burial place of more than 125,000 saints or Sufis. This place is also one of the largest necropolises of the world, located in the outskirts of Thatta. Apart from other legends, the general belief about this place is that the cemetery developed around the shrine of Hamad Jamali, a Sufi of the 14th century AD. The monuments and the sepultures scattered over the necropolis are the documented proof in solid stone that reveals to us the social, cultural and political history of Sind. Extrinsically speaking, we can find the imperial mausoleum of two demarked groups, Samma (1352-1520) and Tarkhan (1556-1592). The Samma king Nizam al-Din is also buried here in a square tomb. An impressive structure built of sandstone and decorated in floral and geometrical motifs. On the other hand, the mausoleum of a Tarkhan king, Isa Khan II is a two-storey building in stone with grand cupolas and balconies.

Bhoja Air Crash

RAWALPINDI: Koral Police Islamabad has registered First Information Report (FIR) against `Bhoja Air Line' after the tragic crash

of air plane in `Hussainabad, causing casualties of 127 persons on board including passengers and crew, a police spokesman said. Giving further details, he complaint of Station House Officer of Koral police station. He said that it has been stated in the FIR that the plane was too old and its air-worthiness was compromised which caused loss of human lives. The name he said that case No.132 has been registered under Sections 302, 286, 287, 427, 280, 120-B over the view of other persons, if found negligent, would be included in FIR later. On the other hand the government has already launched an investigation after the passenger jet crashed and burst into flames while attempting to land during a thunderstorm, killing all 127 people on board on Friday. The Bhoja Air flight from Karachi came down in fields near a village on the outskirts of capital Islamabad on Friday evening -- the city's second major fatal air crash in less than two years. An investigation team has been formed to probe the crash, Minister Gilani has called for the formation of a judicial commission.e P

Does God Speak Through Horoscope?

We read our world through the eyes of the filters of our personality, experiences, and values - in sum, our perceptions. We make attributions with what we see quicker than we can even understand. Add to this the fact we're all spiritual beings, searching for meaning in life; we more easily find the wrong answers, thinking they're right for us.

Think about horoscope. There are 12 varieties - one of twelve boxes we fit into. The theory of horoscope is we're similar, if not the same, as others born in the same period of the year as we were. Think about that for a moment.

Christians hold that God speaks through his Spirit in ways to communicate the will of God - what we're to do, that's right, just and fair. Christians, by character and not merely name, don't enter into Crystal-ball gazing or ruminating over what the day holds for them, though they may pray - again, seeking God's will.

THE LOGIC OF BELIEF

By trying horoscope, and actively seeking it out in newspapers or via Internet apps etc, we've decided to align with a belief system that sorts us into personality types by birthdate. Think about the logic in that.

Add to this the fact that horoscope finds that 12 personality types will share similar fortunes on any particular day. Think about the logic in that. It's true that any horoscope analysis can be read many different ways, just as people self-select a particular item of clairvoyant interest. 'Your day will be busier than normal', is not actually that groundbreaking. Horoscope is generic enough in its form that it satisfies the reader who believes in it. The believer seeks to be affirmed in the reading.

Contrast this with the logic of belief in the Christian God; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. To outsiders the theology of God may be confusing. But this bit is simple: we are to worship in Spirit and in truth, according to John 4:24. God is Spirit; we worship in Spirit - and not via any talisman or idol. That leaves truth. Anything that consists of truth is of God. And though we believe by faith, God has reckoned all things valid that subsist in the truth. Does horoscope, in any way, subsist in truth? Does it, for instance, instruct or challenge or affirm us regarding moral or ethical truth?

I, and many others, would argue that horoscope does not, in any form, belong to the truth. Belief in horoscope satisfies a spiritual urge, but in a lie. We give ourselves what we want, leaving God far from view. The reality is the Evil One (Christians call him 'Satan') has accomplished his goal in diverting and diluting our worship when we choose horoscope or any other idol of aberrant focus. An otherwise life-transforming worship is missed out on.

God doesn't speak through horoscope, but our yearning to hear from God is 'heard' in our attribution of the horoscope - how we make sense of it. Horoscope doesn't fit, at any level, the truth. And, as horoscope defeats the purpose of faith, by addressing our desire to predict or interpret our day, it cannot fit in alignment with a true worship of God. The people of God are justified by their faith alone.

The new Seven Wonders of the World were announced in July 2007 and among stiff competition the Taj Mahal of India has been included as the seventh wonder of the world. The is no doubt in the mind of every Indian that this great monument is truly a great wonder of the world. It is tribute of love made by Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Thousands of people vist Agra in India to view this beautiful and beloved monument. Built on the bank of river Yamuna, this treasure of India is worth a sight.

This beautiful monument of story has a beautiful love story behind its construction. Shah Jahan the fourth Mugal Emperor of India, fell in love with Mumtaz Mahal, whose name was Arjumand Banu Begam, at the age of 14. He later married her after five years in 1612. Shah Jahan became the Emperor in 1628. The title Mumtaz Mahal which means "Jewel of the Palace" was bestowed on his wife by TajMahal. Although he had other wives, Mumtaz was his favorite and he loved her so much. But Mumtaz died while delivering their 14th child and Shah Jahan was terribly heart broken. He went into mourning and two years after her death, he undertook the task of building the most beautiful monument in memory of his loved one. And the great Taj Mahal was constructed.

The Taj Mahal which entombs Shah Jahan and his wife is made of white marble with 28 varieties of precious metals and gems, and the construction took 22 years to complete, by 20ooo workers, from 1631 to 1653. The materials and precious stones for construction were bought from different parts of India and around the world. The marbles were bought from Jaipur, and stones like jade came from China, Crystal from tibet, Lapis Lazuli from Afghanistan, Carnelian from Arabia and Sapphire from Sri Lanka. A interesting fact about this magnificent and wonderful monument is that the Taj seems to change colors as it reflects the light of the rising sun and setting sun.

The chief architects of the Taj came from The State of Delhi India, and from Persia, Turkey and Baluchistan and the cost of the building and its surroundings costs more than $200,000,000 in today's currency. The design was by three main architects, a Persian, an Italian and a Frenchman. The Taj garden, known as the Charbagh Garden is a Persian style garden and is said to be closely linked to Paradise. There is a raised lotus shaped tank in the center of the garden and the view of Taj Mahal can be seen in the water from all corners of the garden.

Taj Mahal, the most beautiful monument, based on love, is a beauty which lasts for ever and ever.

Lack of Faith:
The law of attraction works with faith. If you don't believe it will happen then it will never happen. On the other hand, if you believe but still harbor some doubt then you are still holding on to the negative energies that make it difficult for you to manifest what you want.

A Limiting Belief:
Practicing positive thinking is more than just a recitation of positive words and phrases to keep you motivated. They must be accompanied by your true feelings. You need to believe in what you are affirming to yourself. Changes start only when you start to believe in what you are telling yourself.

Lack of Clarity:
In order to get what you want, you will first need to know exactly what you want. The majority of people need many things and they need it now! That's where they lose the clarity of their intentions. Clarity sends out a nice positive vibration and the law of attraction responds to it. So be focus and concentrate on one intention at a time.

Lack of Patience:
It is important to understand that the Universe works at its own speed. It has to orchestrate everyone and everything into the right order for the appropriate event to occur just as it should. If you put a time-frame on your efforts, you will eventually become impatient with the Universe and sent out negative energies that hinders your attraction abilities.

Lack of Gratitude:
Gratitude is an important component to making the law of attraction works. When you are not grateful for whatever you already have in your life, you are vibrating those unwanted negative energies to the Universe. Get shifted to an appreciative attitude and learn to receive with a grateful heart. Else you will find the Universe can be equally less generous in return.

Your Interference:
